Penny Lane Ranch is a contemporary barn wedding venue located in Sky Valley, California. PLR sits on 5 acres, 3 of which are beautifully landscaped with more than 50 olive trees, 60 palm trees, stone-lined walking paths and endless mountain views. A beautiful ceremony area with mountain backdrop is also a special feature for a stunning ceremony. Located 25 minutes from downtown Palm Springs and 15 minutes from Palm Desert. Penny Lane offers a 2,200 sq ft barn with white interiors, 2 bedroom 2 bath prefab house, 1 bedroom casita with full ensuite bath and a salt water pool.
RATES
We charge $10,000 (up to 150 people)
that includes:
Ceremony area with mountain view backdrop
2200 sq-ft barn for celebration
Lighted parking lot for up to 35 cars
2 restrooms attached to the barn
House for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready
Casita with bathroom for the groom and groomsmen to get ready
Three night stay in the main house (2 bed, 2 bath, Casita with ensuite bath up to 6 people)
Cleaner before your arrival, during your event and after departure
Event space manager and assistant on sight
A special discounted rate for clients that do "not" want to book the house for the three night stay. The house is available to use the day of the event only.

We require all clients to employ a Wedding Planner or Day-of-the-Event Coordinator to be on site during their big day.

Please Note:
All catering and bar service must be self-contained, there is no kitchen facility on the premises or attached to the barn and caterers and vendors are not allowed to use the House kitchen. Some couples opt to use Food Truck services to feed their guests.
No live band amplified music allowed because of the echoing against the mountain range, but small 1-3 piece ensembles allowed for the ceremonies, cocktail and dining hours. D.J.’s for receptions only with music cut-off of 10pm. Bar Last call: 9:30pm.
